‍Mai Alnabhan is a Consulting Hypnotist & Regression Practitioner, certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), and Past Life Regression (PLR). She acts as a guide and facilitator, and is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed mental health provider.

‍Relaxation, focused attention, visual imagery, hypnosis, Past Life Regression (PLR), Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), and meditation techniques are educational, supportive, and spiritual in nature. They are offered for personal growth, self-development, spiritual exploration, increasing awareness, building skills, supporting positive change, and overall well-being.

‍The services provided are offered as non-therapeutic coaching, guided hypnosis, and meditative support intended to encourage positive thinking, self-awareness, and personal growth. These services are not presented as health care, therapy, or psychotherapy, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.

‍2. Client Autonomy & Results Disclaimer

‍All transformation and insight are self-directed. Results can vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Each session is a collaborative process that depends on your participation, openness, engagement, and integration.

‍ Hypnosis is a state of focused inward attention, not sleep. During your session, you remain conscious, retain full personal control, and may open your eyes or communicate at any time.

‍3. Working Relationship & Safety Rights

‍Either Mai Alnabhan or the client may choose to end the working relationship at any time. Mai Alnabhan reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or end a session if a client appears impaired by alcohol or drugs, or if client behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

‍5. Age Requirement & Eligibility

‍Clients must be of legal age of majority—19 years of age or older in Nova Scotia, or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction for online sessions.

‍6. Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellations

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined in our full Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

• ‍ Payment: 100% full payment is required at booking to reserve your appointment. Rates are listed in CAD dollar and applicable taxes (14% HST) are added at checkout.

• Rescheduling: Requires at least 7 days’ written notice via email to transfer your payment to a new date at no extra charge (maximum 2 transfers per booking).

• Cancellations: Written cancellations received 14 days or more prior receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Packages: Multi-session package savings apply upon completion of all sessions. Mid-package cancellations are recalculated based on standard single-session rates before issuing any remaining balance.

‍7. Audio Recordings & Intellectual Property

‍Session audio may be digitally recorded for your personal integration and reflection. Mai Alnabhan retains copyright over all created recordings. You agree not to share, publish, stream, or broadcast session audio publicly or online. Environmental or ambient factors may occasionally affect recording quality; technical quality is not guaranteed.

‍8. AI-Assisted Transcription (Klarify)

‍For recorded sessions, you consent to the secure, temporary processing of session audio using transcription software (such as Klarify) solely to generate session text transcripts. Session data is encrypted, compliant with Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA), and never used to train public AI models.

9. Group Session Terms & Payment Policy

1. Registration & Payment

• 100% Upfront Payment: Full advance registration and payment are required to reserve your seat. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Taxes: All group session fees are in CAD and subject to 14% HST at checkout.

2. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• All Ticket Sales Are Final: Because group session capacity is strictly limited, individual tickets are non-refundable.

• Ticket Transfer (Substitute Attendee): If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual (19 years of age or older) for the same event date and time. You must notify Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis in writing via email prior to the start of the session with the substitute attendee’s full name, age and email address.

• No Transfers to Future Dates: Group registrations cannot be transferred or rolled over to future group dates, workshops, or private 1-on-1 sessions.

• No-Shows & Late Arrivals: To maintain a calm, uninterrupted container for all participants, doors close promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes cannot be admitted and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Facilitator Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If a group session is canceled or postponed by Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive the option of a 100% full refund or a direct transfer to the rescheduled event date.

4. Group Dynamics, Confidentiality & Scope

• Confidentiality: Participants agree to respect the privacy of others. Any personal experiences shared within the group setting must remain strictly confidential.

• Educational & Guided Support: Group hypnosis, guided visual imagery, and group regression experiences are educational and spiritual in nature. They are offered as guided self-development support and do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

• Conduct: Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, without a refund.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 19 years of age or older (Nova Scotia age of majority).

‍10. Liability Release

‍ By participating voluntarily in services with Mai Alnabhan and Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis, you release Mai Alnabhan and Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis from any claims or demands arising out of your voluntary participation.
