New clients begin with the Initial Foundation Session. Following your initial appointment, if you decide to continue your work with a 3, 5, or 7 session package, your remaining follow-up sessions will be billed at the discounted package rate (see rates below).

Group Sessions
Group Sessions
$45+tax per person . Online
A warm, supportive group experience exploring inner change together. Sessions are held regularly on themes such as Past Life, Future Life, Spirit Guides, stress relief, confidence, sleep, and self-discovery.

Important Booking & Policy Notes
100% Payment at Booking: full payment is required upon booking to confirm and reserve your dedicated time block.
Rescheduling: written notice of at least 7 days is required to transfer your booking to a new date at no extra charge (up to 2 transfers).
Cancellations & Refunds: single sessions canceled 14 days or more prior receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are non-refundable.
Hypnosis Packages: package savings apply upon completion of all sessions. Mid-package cancellations are recalculated based on standard single-session rates before issuing any remaining balance.
Insurance & Age: services are non-medical and generally not covered by provincial health plans (check employer Wellness Accounts for reimbursement). Clients must be 19 years or older (or age of majority in your area).
