Information shared through intake forms, consultations, or sessions—including Hypnosis, QHHT®, Past Life Regression (PLR), Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), and other regression work—is treated as confidential.

As a solo practice, client intake forms, session notes, transcripts, and recordings are accessible only to Mai Alnabhan, except where disclosure is required or authorized by law.

We do not publicly identify clients or disclose the fact that you are a client without your consent, except where required or authorized by law.

Session Recordings and AI-Assisted Documentation: When a session is recorded, the recording is provided to you solely for your personal integration and reflection. Clients are not permitted to share, publish, or broadcast session recordings publicly. Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis does not publish or share your recording without your consent.

For recorded sessions, we may use Klarify, a Canadian-based platform, to assist with transcription only. Session audio may be temporarily processed by third-party technology providers for transcription. Klarify states that permanent storage of client information is in Canada, while certain temporary processing may occur outside Canada.

Audio, transcripts, and notes are used for documentation and service-related purposes and are not intentionally used to train public or commercial AI models.

Educational & Sharing Uses (Anonymized): On occasion, themes, insights, or generalized story elements from sessions may be shared in articles, newsletters, social media, or educational content to illustrate the transformative nature of this work. All identifying details (such as names, specific location details, dates, or unique personal identifiers) are completely removed or changed so that no story can ever be linked back to an individual client.

We use personal information to:

Payment card information is processed by Square and is not stored by Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis.
