Our goal at Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis is to provide dedicated, unhurried time for every client. Because deep hypnosis, regression, and group sessions require significant schedule reservation, we maintain a clear and consistent booking policy.

Payment

• 100% Payment at Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your session time.

• Transparent Pricing: All session rates clearly display the total investment including applicable taxes at checkout (e.g., CAD $325 + Tax = $370.5 total).

• Secure Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Square. Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis does not store credit card details.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and we understand plans may need to shift.

• Notice Required: You may reschedule your session without additional fees by providing written notice via email at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Transfer Limits: Deposits and payments can be transferred to a rescheduled date a maximum of two (2) times.

• Late Rescheduling: Reschedule requests made 6 days or less prior to the appointment will result in forfeiting the session fee, and a new booking will be required.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 14+ Days Notice: Written cancellation requests received 14 days or more prior to your appointment will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee (to cover non-refundable merchant payment processing costs).

• Less than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are non-refundable.

Hypnosis Packages & Multi-Session Series

• Package Payment & Expiration: Full payment is required at the time of booking your initial package session. All sessions within a package must be completed within [6 months] of the initial session date. Unused sessions after the expiration window are non-refundable and forfeited.

• Mid-Package Cancellations: If you choose to discontinue a package before completing all sessions, unused sessions will be refunded under the following calculation: completed sessions will be recalculated and charged at the full standard individual session rate (forfeiting the package discount). The remaining unearned balance will be refunded to you, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Example Refund Calculation:

• Package Price: $390 + HST ($444.60 total) for 3 sessions

• Individual Session Rate: $140 + HST ($159.60 total)

• Scenario: Client completes 1 session and cancels the remaining 2

• Calculation: $444.60 paid − $159.60 (1 full-price session incl. tax) − $28.50 ($25 admin fee + tax)

• Final Refund: $256.50 returned to the client’s payment card

• Individual Session Rescheduling: Rescheduling an individual session within a package requires at least 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 6 days or less will result in that session being counted as used.

• Non-Transferable: Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the individual who purchased the package.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

• Arrival: Please arrive on time for your session. If you are running late, please inform us via email or text as soon as possible.

• 30-Minute Grace Period: We will hold your session window for 30 minutes. If you arrive late within this window, the lost time will be deducted from your total session duration to respect scheduled commitments.

• No-Show: If you do not arrive within 30 minutes and have not provided prior notice, the appointment is treated as an unexcused no-show, and the full session fee is non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions

In the event of an acute contagious illness or a verified medical emergency, rescheduling penalties may be waived at the practice's sole discretion upon prompt written notification.
