Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
My goal at Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis is to provide the highest quality of care and attention. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and mine, I have this policy in place. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required when you book your QHHT®, BQH, or Past Life Regression session. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card the day before your session.
Full payment is required in advance for all other services.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, here’s how it works:
Rescheduling:
Request via email at least 7 days before your session.
There is no fee, and your deposit will apply to the new date.
You may reschedule up to two times.
Requests made less than 7 days before the session may result in the full session fee being charged.
Cancellation:
Request via email, mai@olivetreehealinghypnosis.com
If you cancel 14 days or more before your session, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notifying me according to the above timelines, the full session fee will not be refunded.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, notify me via email or text. I will wait up to 30 minutes, but any late time will be taken from your scheduled session. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show.
