All new client journeys start with a free 25-minute consultation. This gives us time to connect, discuss what you hope to achieve, and answer all your questions with no pressure or obligation.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Please give at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule (deposit transfers to your new date). For cancellations, 14 days’ notice is required for a refund, minus a $25 fee. Read full Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy.
Age Requirements
Clients must be of legal age ‘19 years of age or older in Nova Scotia’, or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction for online sessions.
Note on Insurance
Hypnosis is generally not covered by standard provincial health plans, but some employer Health Spending Accounts or Wellness Spending Accounts may offer reimbursement. Please check with your provider prior to booking.
