The Inner Shift Session is a focused, purposeful 60 minutes designed to create exactly that. Not through analysis or talking around the problem, but by going directly to where it lives, your inner world, and working with it from the inside out.

How It Works
Your conscious mind is skilled at analysis. It can describe a problem in detail, examine it from every angle, and still leave you exactly where you started. That's because the patterns that keep us stuck don't live in the thinking mind, they live deeper, in the subconscious, where logic alone can't reach them.
In this session, I guide you into a gently focused inner state and work directly with your subconscious through the natural language it understands best, imagery, symbol, and inner experience. What emerges is not something you construct or plan. It arises from your own inner world, presenting your situation in a way that creates genuine movement rather than more analysis.
The experience is often quietly surprising. What felt immovable frequently shifts. What felt opaque often becomes clear. The resources, insights, and shifts that emerge are genuinely yours — this session simply creates the conditions for them to surface.
What to Expect
Usually we begin with a brief, focused conversation to understand what you're bringing to the session and what a meaningful shift would look like for you. This doesn't need to be perfectly articulated. A feeling, a stuck place, or a sense of what's been hard is enough to begin. And if you'd rather not put words to it at all, that's completely okay too. You don't have to explain or justify anything to take part. We can begin with whatever you feel comfortable sharing, even if that's very little, and trust the process to gently surface what's ready to be worked with.
From there, I guide you into a relaxed, receptive inner state — not a deep trance, simply a quiet inward focus — and we follow what emerges together. Shifts often feel natural rather than dramatic, a loosening, a new perspective, a sense of something that had been pressing quietly releasing its grip.
Most clients describe leaving with a sense of spaciousness, lighter, clearer, and with a felt sense of movement where there was previously none.

The Inner Shift Session is complete in itself. Many clients come for one focused session, experience a genuine shift, and leave with exactly what they needed, with no follow-up required.
Occasionally a session opens something that wants a little more space. A follow-up Inner Shift Session can be booked independently at any time. There's no package commitment and no obligation. Simply book your follow-up session whenever you feel ready.
