The Process
Sessions are designed to meet your individual needs. My goal is to empower you to unfold your inherent potential by accessing the subconscious mind using a combination of hypnosis techniques to release blockages, fears, phobias, unwanted behaviours, negative thoughts and emotions, and limiting beliefs in order to achieve your personal goals.
In the first session, I will do an interview with you to understand your needs, your goals, and what your priorities are. I will also explain what hypnosis is and is not, and help you set realistic goals. Together we will create a plan that works best for you.
How Many Sessions Are Needed?
That will depend on the issue you want to focus on, in the first session we will discuss your goals and create a plan.

In-Person or Online Hypnosis sessions
Whether we meet in person or online, hypnosis can be a gentle and practical way to support positive change and help you move closer to what you truly want in life. Many clients choose to work with me over Zoom from a quiet, private space at home. All you really need is a good internet connection, a comfortable place to sit, and a willingness to relax and participate.
Hypnosis is simply a natural state of focused awareness, a bit like being absorbed in a good book or movie. You remain aware and in control the whole time. In this relaxed state, I offer positive suggestions to help you strengthen your mindset, release unhelpful patterns, and move toward your goals.
